Welcome to aetelco.com and the AE SIM mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). This Platform is operated by AE Telco Ltd, a registered company in the United Kingdom.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
AE Telco Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
NATURE OF INFORMATION AND MATERIALS
While this Platform may provide general information related to telecommunications and mobile connectivity, it is not intended as professional advice. Use of the Platform does not create any legal relationship, partnership, or obligation between you and AE Telco Ltd.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information, AE Telco Ltd disclaims responsibility for any loss, harm, or damages resulting from reliance on content found on the Platform.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS
All content and materials found on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and intellectual property, are owned or licensed by AE Telco Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or exploit any part of the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from AE Telco Ltd.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Platform may include links to third-party websites not controlled or operated by AE Telco Ltd. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All eSIM data plans sold via the AE SIM app or website are digital services delivered instantly upon purchase.
Once a data plan is purchased and activated, it is considered fully delivered and non-refundable.
If a purchase is made by mistake and has not yet been activated or used, you may request a refund by contacting support@aetelco.com within 15 minutes of the transaction.
In the rare case that a technical issue prevents delivery or usage of the product, AE Telco Ltd will investigate and, at its sole discretion, may offer a partial or full refund.
Once a plan is active, cancellations are not permitted, and no credit or refund will be provided for unused data.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of your account and future access to AE SIM services.
DISCLAIMER
The Platform and all services offered are provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind. AE Telco Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AE Telco Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. You waive any claims against AE Telco Ltd related to the use or performance of the Platform.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and to indemnify and hold AE Telco Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK, and conducted in the English language.
NON-WAIVER
Failure by AE Telco Ltd to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies under these Terms.
